Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Marek Karaba, company ID (IČO) 09964789, registered address Ondrouškova 844/9, Bystrc, 635 00 Brno, operator of Dáme set (dameset.cz). Contact: info@dameset.cz.

Without an account

The site works without registration. Your name for your friend, favourite venues, the offers you send, saved players, your home for sorting by distance and your settings stay only in your browser.

When you send an offer, our server stores the selected times, the sender's name from the link and what your friend did with the link (opened it, picked a time, booked), so the link works and you can see the status. We delete offers after 60 days.

With an account

Logging in is optional. It is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google), which confirms who you are. From your Google account or e-mail we receive your e-mail address, name and profile picture.

On our server we store: e-mail, name, profile picture link, login method, your consent to news and the account data you would otherwise have only in your browser: favourite venues, sent offers, saved players (names only), your name for your friend and your home (a district, or a location rounded to about 100 m). The purpose is to have them on all your devices and to let you know when your friend replies. The legal basis is providing the service you asked for; news only with your consent.

Corrections and messages

When you suggest a correction or write to us as a venue, we store the text and, if you give it, your e-mail, only to deal with your message.

Statistics and cookies

We measure visits with Umami running on our own server. It uses no cookies, doesn't identify you and never receives names or message texts.

The only cookie is ds_session, which keeps you logged in (180 days). It is strictly necessary, so no consent banner is needed. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else processes data

• Google (Firebase Authentication): login, only if you log in.
• WEDOS Internet, a.s., Czech Republic: hosting of our server.

Everything else stays on our server in the Czech Republic.

How long

Account data until you delete the account. Login session 180 days. Offers 60 days. Corrections and messages as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent to news at any time in your profile. Delete account in your profile removes the account and all its data from our server and from Firebase immediately. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
